Soffit

Soffits are a hard-wearing board attached to the underside of the roofline assembly, & its job is keeps the underside of the rafters secure and dry whilst looking attractive and stylish.

Originally made of wood in most cases, as the soffit deteriorates, it can allow water to get into the rafter ends, eventually causing serious damage to your roof.

After a “Total Rip-Off” of your old, rotting soffits, we will replace them with high quality uPVC boards available in a variety of colours.

At Plastic Fantastic we NEVER cover old Rotten Timbers. We always remove existing wooden timber before replace with new Maintenance Free uPVC Soffits.
